Our Kakadu Plum Night Cream is the ultimate nightly treatment balm, this lotion provides a synergistic blend of Quandong (Australian Native Peach), Kakadu Plum and Vitamin C to help hydrate and repair damaged cells whilst you sleep, with a concoction of anti-oxidants to prevent premature aging by fighting free radical damage. The calming aroma of Lavender, Chamomile and Bergamot make it the perfect pre-sleep ritual.

Skin Type: All Skin Types / Mature.

Directions: Massage onto face and neck after using your prefered serum.

Main Ingredients: Kakadu Plum, Vitamin C, Lilli Pilli and Quandong. Naturally scented with Cedarwood, Lemon, Mandarin, Lavender, Bergamot and Chamomile.

We send all orders directly from our laboratory in Australia. What you pay for delivery is what we pay our carrier company to deliver it. If you purchase 5 or more items from us delivery is free (except for priority International Courier). Therefore we recommend if you have friends or family who would benefit from our products, or if you would like to order in advance for yourself, to place a bulk order. Below are our different rates and some frequently asked questions regarding our shipment process.

Yes. Every order we send regardless of the shipping option you choose is trackable and also signable upon for delivery. We will send the tracking details to you via email as soon as we send it with instructions. You can then use this to monitor the real-time status and location of your order.

Yes. To ensure every order we send is safely received we require that someone physically signs for it. If you are not home when your order arrives you will be notified from our carrier via a card in your letterbox or other contact method with further instructions on how to pick it up or organise re-delivery. We pay additional fees for this service which are included in our shipping costs.

We offer an express shipping option for Australian & New Zealand residents as well as a premium international courier option for international customers. These are both the quickest ways we can get your order to you. The delivery times are outlined in the table.

Every order we send out can be tracked to see exactly where it is. The first step if you have not received your order is to refer to the tracking code we emailed you and follow the included instructions on how to get a live update. This will tell you exactly where it is. If there is a delay somewhere you will be able to see where this is and contact the courier company or customs department responsible for the holdup. Parakore is not responsible for any holdups or additional fees incurred in customs - please refer to the next FAQ below for more information on this.

Although we have yet to have a customer order experience any issues through customs, if this does happen it is your responsibility to provide any necessary information or fees required for your delivery to process successfully. We have shipped to countries all around the world and every order thus far has processed quickly without any problems.

Of course. Just make sure that when you checkout you use the name of the person whom the order is for in the delivery details section. This will ensure there are no issues with obtaining a signature on delivery or customs.

In the rare circumstance this happens we will send out a replacement order to you free of charge. This is dependent on 2 possible scenarios:
1. The courier company is not able to produce proof of delivery
2. If your order is damaged that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving it

Website payment information

We exclusively use PayPal for all payments made through our website. When you checkout you can pay for your order either via a credit card or with your PayPal account (if you have one). PayPal is the most secure and universally used online payment system which is why we choose to use them. Yes. When you checkout from our website and are taken to the PayPal screen simply click the link that says "Pay with a credit card". here you can securely enter your credit card information without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Absolutely. Our own website is protected via a SSL security certificate to protect your personal details and PayPal's payment page is protected by the world's leading online security system. We DO NOT share your details with any 3rd parties and all information you provide us is 100% confidential and safe.

If you are at the final checkout payment screen at PayPal's website and it will not accept your details there are 2 possible reasons:
1. Although it may see obvious, but your card or PayPal login details may be incorrect. Please make sure you check the details you enter and make sure they are correct.
2. Your delivery address may be on PayPal's excluded list of countries it does not accept payment from here.
